These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Digital Menu application (hereinafter "the Application") and related services. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
1. Access to the Application
The Digital Menu application is available for commercial use only, and by accessing it, you confirm you are authorized to use it in this context. Access to certain features may require a user account and credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
2. Use of the Application
You are permitted to use Digital Menu within its intended purpose: creating and managing digital menus, displaying promotions, and customizing menu displays. You agree not to use the Application in violation of applicable local, national, or international laws.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Digital Menu, including but not limited to logos, interfaces, graphics, images, texts, videos, and other content, are the exclusive property of Digital Menu or its partners. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior authorization.
4. Liability and Limitations
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Digital Menu does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event will Digital Menu be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of the Application.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify you of any significant changes via the Application or email. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed.
6. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information. You agree to notify Digital Menu immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Digital Menu is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your negligence.

Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Application, you consent to this processing in accordance with our policy.
8. Termination

9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Aix-en-Provence, France, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
